Madevelle is operated by Madevelle ("we", "us"). When you use Madevelle you are contracting with Madevelle. By continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Madevelle is an online editor for personalizing digital stationery such as invitations and event signs. Products are digital files; nothing is shipped. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Where full compliance handling applies, Stripe handles tax compliance and transaction-level billing support; the applicable payment terms are shown at checkout. Bank statements may show LINK.COM* alongside our business descriptor. Product and download support is provided through our contact form. See our refund policy.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully or for fraud or spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property; upload malware or attempt to probe, scrape or interfere with the service; or circumvent usage limits.

Your content and uploads

You keep ownership of text and artwork you add, and grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service. You must own or have permission to use anything you upload. Rights holders can report infringing content through our contact form (choose “Copyright”); we remove reported content where appropriate and suspend repeat infringers.

Design Assistant artwork

You are responsible for your descriptions and how you use the results. Do not request illegal, hateful, deceptive or infringing content. We may filter requests, refuse outputs or remove content. Design Assistant artwork is created with image-generation (AI) technology and may be imperfect; we make no guarantee that it is unique, exclusive, or free of third-party trademark or copyright claims.

Our intellectual property

We retain all rights in the service, its software, templates, artwork and branding. Purchased files are licensed as described in our licensing information.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
