• Designs and uploads — to provide the editor and store your files (contract).
• Design Assistant requests (your description and the resulting artwork) — to generate artwork you ask for (contract).
• Order records — to deliver purchased files and handle support (contract, legal obligation).
• Technical data (IP address, device and usage logs) — for security, abuse prevention and reliability (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host the site, database and file storage, and our image-generation provider for Design Assistant requests.
• Stripe for secure payments, billing, fraud prevention and applicable tax compliance.
• Professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.

We don't sell your data.

Retention

We keep account data, designs and purchases while your account is active so you can re-download files, and delete or anonymise them when no longer needed or on request (order records may be kept as required by law).

Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to processing, and complain to your data-protection authority. Contact us through our contact form.

Security

Files are stored privately with per-account access controls, downloads use short-lived links, and traffic is encrypted.

Cookies

We use only essential storage needed to keep you signed in and remember unsaved drafts on your device.
